When you work as a tight collective across multiple studios, you need efficient, streamlined systems in place. And for those efforts, we have Maddie to thank. Maddie’s outgoing and enthusiastic nature pours out of her work, whether she’s taking on new challenges, assisting staff with pressing deadlines or providing a highly sought-after sugar rush with a homemade cake.

A Cert IV in Business and Diploma of Leadership and Management graduate, you’ll find Maddie working on everything from presentations to new marketing initiatives and finance. With a keen appreciation for good design, Maddie admires spaces that give the user an experience, and make the most of recycled and sustainable materials.

After hours, Maddie might be taking photos, camping or exploring the world. East Timor is one of the most inspiring places she’s been, for its great sense of community, inclusion and understanding of the value of life.
