Tourism Architecture of California awaits….

Our ever-involved associate, Jason, has been awarded the TICT / Skal Club of Hobart Tasmanian Tourism Future Leader Scholarship. The Scholarship is awarded annually to a young and emerging Tasmanian tourism professional (aged under 35 years). Based on the Churchill Fellowship, the Future Leaders Scholarship enables the recipient to travel overseas and research a topic relevant to the Tasmanian tourism industry.

Jason’s research topic, ‘Forests, National Parks and Wine: Tourism Architecture of Northern California – Parallels and Lessons for Tasmania’, will see Jason travel to Northern California in the new year, before returning to disseminate his findings.

We’re looking forward to learning from Jason’t experience overseas and applying his knowledge in future projects.
