Tourism. It’s a Team Effort

A few months ago we were invited to take part in a new Tasmanian Tourism campaign spearheaded by the Tourism Industry Council Tasmania. ‘Tourism. It’s a team effort’ features a collection of local businesses all playing an important role in the development of the Tasmanian tourism industry.

The short video clips, designed to be shared across Facebook and Instagram, delve into the inner workings of each business and discuss the benefits and opportunities of the burgeoning Tasmanian tourism industry.

So far, the social media based campaign has featured individuals from businesses such as West Coast Wilderness Railway, Saffire Freycinet, and AH Beard mattress makers.

In the most recent instalment one of Cumulus Studio’s Directors, Peter Walker, discusses how design can be used to differentiate and accentuate tourism offerings, with stunning visual examples from Devil’s Corner, Willie Smith’s Apple Shed and Pumphouse Point. We were also able to showcase members of the Hobart team and highlight our collaborative workspace.

We are extremely proud to be included among some of the state’s hardest working businesses, and would like to thank TICT and Hype TV for their fantastic work on this campaign.
