Ascot Vale Residence nears completion

Our Ascot Vale Residence in Melbourne is nearing completion, with joinery currently being installed and landscaping the next step. Furniture has begun arriving on site, with completion expected in early June.

The house sits on a sloping corner block barely 100 metres from the Maribyrnong River, oriented toward the river views and tree canopy beyond. Split across four levels, the home includes four bedrooms, open-plan living and dining, a basement garage, and an outdoor pool, spa and sunken firepit. The landscape design by Phillip Withers wraps four distinct garden areas around the house, connecting it to the leafy character of the neighbourhood.
