Luke Waldron interviewed on the Detailed Podcast

Cumulus Associate/Senior Architect Luke Waldron recently had the opportunity to reflect on a significant Tasmanian project on ARCAT’s dedicated architecture podcast, Detailed.

Speaking with host Cherise Lakeside, FCSI, Luke shared how the design for the Dove Lake Viewing Shelter drew on the tones, textures and history of its immediate context to become a part of its unique natural and cultural landscape.

Completed in 2022, and designed in collaboration with Tasmania Parks & Wildlife Service, the local community, and members of the Big River Nation, the shelter continues to provide an accessible visitor experience in one of Tasmania’s most valued natural destinations.
