Design for the North West Support School Open for Community Consultation

Draft concept plans for the North West Support School Devonport Campus have been released for public consultation. The new campus at Spreyton will replace the existing facilities at Middle Road, Devonport.

From the outset, we worked closely with staff and the local community to shape the design. Their feedback has been central to the process, informing the priority focus areas reflected in the plans.

The plans are high level at this stage and include artist impressions of how the design might look. We are pleased to see this stage of the project reached and look forward to continuing to work with the Department for Education, Children and Young People as the design develops.

View the concept plans via the Department for Education, Children and Young People website until 12 June 2026
