Project Pinaccle at Ascot Vale Residence

Currently under construction with Haven Constructions, our design for this hillside residence envisions its internal layout as a cascading series of terraces, fostering a profound connection to its natural surroundings and stunning river views.

Each space is thoughtfully delineated through the use of split levels and varying ceiling heights, with the incorporation of charred timber cladding, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, a striking double-height void and warm timber linings enhancing the home’s overall ambience. Surrounding the home, a series of tiered planters and inviting outdoor spaces, including a refreshing pool and hot bath, create a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living.

All the formwork has been completed in preparation for the hydronic heating to get laid, followed by our topping slabs. It will be a step-by-step process to get each level poured, but once we have completed this stage, it will be over to the concrete polishers to bring this area to life! This entire living/dining area is going to be something special.
