B.EnvDes., M.Arch
Registered Architect TAS #1459
Hobart Studio
Dominique's career has taken her through studios in Hobart, Melbourne and a short stint in India, and spans single residential, multi-residential and education work - including kindergartens, Child and Family Learning Centres and school capital works projects.
In 2020, Dominique worked as a project architect with The Anganwadi Project, in association with Architects Without Frontiers, collaborating with local architects, teachers and students to design a new community centre in Ahmedabad, India - an experience that helped shape a career built around people, place and working together.
She's drawn to design that enriches community and fosters good learning environments - gentle, playful, engaging, practical, nurtured - and to residential work, for the closeness it brings with clients and the chance to see design's direct impact on daily life. Outside the studio, she's usually gardening, baking or walking in the bush.
