Melbourne Studio
Priscilla studied architecture at the University of Melbourne and has spent over 14 years working across a broad range of project types in Victoria, from social housing and primary schools to university buildings, heritage adaptive reuse and community sports facilities. Before joining us, she held roles at TANDEM Design Studio, Searle X Waldron Architecture and 1:1 Architects, leading projects through every phase from early feasibility through to construction and defects liability.
What stands out in Priscilla’s work is her ability to hold a project together from start to finish - managing consultant teams, navigating heritage approvals, presenting to clients and stakeholders, working closely with builders on site, and mentoring younger architects along the way. She has a particular talent for delivering considered design outcomes on tight budgets, having led recognised projects where the constraint was as much a part of the story as the architecture.
Priscilla is passionate about public and social architecture, and the difference that thoughtful design can make to communities that don’t always get access to it. She believes in enlivening and greening urban centres, in learning from nature, and in architecture that enables a genuine connection between indoors and out. Away from the studio, she is happiest skiing, walking in the bush, swimming, cooking, sewing or making something with her hands.
