Hobart is a city of steep sites, tight streets, heritage overlays and a mountain that sets the weather. Solar access, wind and the view corridors neighbours and councils care about shape what can be built here, and they shape it early.
We test those constraints at the start rather than discovering them at planning, which means honest feasibility advice before you commit.
How we work
Site assessment and feasibility, concept design, development application, documentation, tender and contract administration through to completion. We see projects through to a built outcome, not just to a set of drawings.
